30-Day Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Non-defective items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Defective items should be reported with the order number and a clear description of the issue.
Approval and Return Shipping
Contact support before sending an item back. Once a return is approved, we provide return instructions and a free return shipping label. No restocking fee is charged.
Refund Timing
Returned items are inspected after receipt. If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. A financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
Approved exchanges follow the same 30-day eligibility period and condition requirements. Availability may affect replacement timing.
